Humber's Music Department presents: THE AUDITION PREPARATION WORKSHOP, Feb 18 & 19, 2017
DON’T BE CAUGHT UNPREPARED FOR YOUR POST-SECONDARY MUSIC AUDITION!
This two day Audition Preparation workshop combines an overview of the requirements for the post-secondary music audition with a comprehensive preview and review of the skills expected in each major instrument area. Classes include rudiments and jazz theory, ear training, listening sessions, major instrument areas and a 45-minute individual assessment of your current performance level. Students will have the opportunity to work directly with members of the Music Department faculty and acquire a wealth of information to draw upon in preparation for the audition process.

Completion of this workshop does not comprise an offer of admission. Candidates must successfully complete the formal audition process to be offered official acceptance into the Music Department.
